Request deletion on the web

Send an email to admin@horusos.com with the subject NexMe Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• The email address or phone number used to register your NexMe account
• A statement that you want to delete your NexMe account and associated data
• Any additional information that helps us verify that you own the account

After we verify your identity, we will complete the deletion within 15 business days. We may contact you if more information is needed.

Delete in the NexMe app

If the app is still installed, you can also delete your account here:

• Open NexMe
• Go to Me
• Open profile / settings
• Tap Delete Account

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Related data is kept for 30 days. If you re-register with the same account within 30 days, the data may be restored. After 30 days it is permanently deleted.

What we delete

When your NexMe account is deleted, we delete or anonymize associated user data, including:

• Profile and account information
• Settings and app configurations
• Chat history, friends, and group relationships
• Device bindings and device-related data
• Membership benefits, orders, and consumption records
• Cloud recordings and synced files
• Account history

We may retain limited data when required by law, or for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, as described in the NexMe Privacy Notice.

请在邮件中提供：

• 注册 NexMe 账号时使用的邮箱或手机号
• 明确说明您要求删除 NexMe 账号及关联数据
• 便于我们核验账号所有权的其他信息

通过身份核验后，我们将在 15 个工作日内完成删除。如需补充信息，我们可能与您联系。

在 NexMe 应用内删除

如果应用仍已安装，也可以按以下路径自行注销：

• 打开 NexMe
• 进入 我的
• 打开个人资料 / 设置
• 点击 注销账号

应用内注销立即生效。相关数据将保留 30 天；30 天内使用同一账号重新注册可恢复数据，超过 30 天将彻底删除且无法恢复。

将删除的数据

NexMe 账号删除后，我们将删除或匿名化与该账号关联的用户数据，包括：

• 个人资料与账号信息
• 所有设置与应用程序配置
• 聊天记录、好友与群组关系
• 设备绑定与设备相关数据
• 会员权益、订单与消费记录
• 云端录音与同步文件
• 账户历史记录

如法律法规要求，或出于安全、防欺诈、争议处理等正当理由，我们可能依法保留有限数据，详见 NexMe 隐私政策。
